Returns Policy
If the item you ordered doesn’t feel right for you, we are happy to offer an exchange, credit note, or a full refund if the item is faulty. Please contact us via email at hello@botanicaflowers.au or call our store at 0357 440042

If you’ve received a broken, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

For exchanges or credit notes, please contact us with your purchase details and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or its packaging, and all tags intact.

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Shipping charges will only be waived if the returned item is faulty.

Any credit notes issued will be valid for 90 Days.

Refunds or credit notes will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Once approved, post your return within 7 days to:

Note: Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-4 working days of receiving your goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit note or exchange has been processed.
